Welcome to House of Solvaine ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of houseofsolvaine.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products We sell fine jewelry pieces as described on the Site. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, finishes, and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade/hand-finished nature of our pieces. Materials used include 316L surgical steel with 18K gold or rhodium plating, as specified per product. All items are produced in small, considered runs; availability may be limited and is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated at checkout, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally. Orders are inspected, packaged by hand, and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders over $100 CAD; shipping costs for orders below this threshold, and for all international destinations, are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country; these are not included in the item or shipping price.

5. Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [contact email]. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Final sale items, if any, will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of House of Solvaine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's normal operation.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Solvaine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Warranty Disclaimer Products are provided "as is." While we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces, we do not guarantee that plating will never show wear over time with regular use; care instructions provided on product pages should be followed to maximize longevity.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. This applies regardless of the country from which an order is placed.
