Our Promise

Every House of Solvaine piece is designed in-house and made in small, considered runs — not mass-produced, and not meant to be returned lightly. But if something isn't right, we want to know.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, a piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.

To start a return, reach us through our Contact page with your order number and the piece you would like to return. We will confirm the details and send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a piece is to return the original and place a new order once your return has been confirmed.

Faulty or Damaged Pieces

Each piece is built on a 316L surgical-grade steel core, thickly plated by hand and sealed with anti-tarnish protection — made to be worn daily, not set aside. If your piece arrives faulty or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
