Processing

Each piece is inspected and packaged by hand before it leaves our studio in Vancouver. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout
• Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD
• Expedited shipping (2–4 business days): calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates begin from the day your order ships and may vary slightly by destination and courier. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your piece is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. House of Solvaine is a young house, built deliberately rather than quickly — if you are writing to us from further afield, let us know. We are expanding with the same care we put into everything else.

In Transit

Every order travels in protective packaging designed to arrive exactly as it left our hands. If yours arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and its packaging, and we will make it right.
